Jouw rol bij Maes & Coucke

Binnen deze job als projectleider krijg je verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige bouwtraject.

  • Je bereidt projecten volledig voor en zorgt dat planning, onderaannemers, bestellingen, materialen, vergunningen en veiligheidsaspecten tijdig in orde zijn.
  • Je stuurt de dagelijkse uitvoering op de werf aan en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang.
  • Je coördineert en communiceert met de bouwheer, architect, onderaannemers en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken en beslissingen duidelijk worden opgevolgd.
  • Je bewaakt het financiële aspect van het project, waaronder bestellingen, offertes, meer- en minwerken, vorderingsstaten en facturen.
  • Je leidt de wekelijkse werfvergaderingen, volgt openstaande punten op en stuurt bij waar nodig om het project vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Je overlegt wekelijks met de Project Manager over de voortgang van je projecten, bespreekt openstaande punten en krijgt de nodige ondersteuning waar nodig.

Jouw profiel

  • Je voert een vlotte, transparante communicatie met de bouwheer en architect om zo te anticiperen op eventuele problemen tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Je hebt een realistische kijk op de planning en zorgt voor een goede workflow op de werf.
  • Idealiter heb je een master in de industriële wetenschappen - bouwkunde, maar ervaring in de bouw is geen must.
