Als Projectleider draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over de volledige uitvoering en opvolging van één of meerdere bouwprojecten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte coördinatie tussen alle betrokken partijen en houdt toezicht op zowel planning als budget. Concreet omvatten je taken:

  • Begeleiden van het volledige bouwproces, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Aansturen, motiveren en opvolgen van het werfteam voor een efficiënte uitvoering.
  • Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid gedurende het hele project.
  • Onderhouden van nauwe communicatie met de klant en inspelen op hun wensen.
  • Samenwerken met architecten, ingenieurs, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers om de beste oplossingen te realiseren.
  • Coördineren van aankopen en werkvoorbereiding in overleg met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Oplossen van technische en operationele uitdagingen met een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Garanderen van een veilige en kwalitatieve werkomgeving, volgens de geldende normen en regelgeving.

Profiel

Als Projectleider beschik je over de volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Een bouwkundige opleiding, aangevuld met enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, met een analytisch denkvermogen.
  • Teamspirit en leiderschap, met een coachende en motiverende aanpak.
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, rendabiliteit en veiligheid op de werf.
  • Vlot in het Nederlands, met kennis van Frans en Engels als extra troef.
  • Ervaring met MS Office en bouwspecifieke software of de bereidheid om deze aan te leren.
