Koninklijke Woudenberg Projectleider Restauratie - Houd jij van hoge dynamiek, puur ambacht en stuur je liever op 3 tot 4 unieke restauratieprojecten per jaar dan op één langdurig traject? Als Projectleider Restauratie bij Koninklijke Woudenberg neem jij de leiding over het herstel van ons kostbaarste culturele erfgoed. Waar grote renovaties gaan over langdurige procesbeheersing, pak jij bij Specialistische Werken een brede rol van A tot Z op. Van de eerste calculatie en slimme werkvoorbereiding tot de daadwerkelijke aansturing op de bouwplaats: jij bent nauw betrokken bij het gehele traject. Denk hierbij aan beeldbepalende en specialistische ingrepen op historische locaties. Van de verduurzaming en gevelrestauratie van Koninklijk Theater Carré tot de verfijnde restauratie en herbestemming van het monumentale Kasteel Mheer. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk specialistisch project technisch, organisatorisch en financieel volgens het boekje wordt opgeleverd. Met jouw passie voor monumenten ben jij de directe gesprekspartner voor opdrachtgevers, architecten en de gedreven vaklieden uit ons eigen team. Waar jij het verschil maakt - Je geeft leiding aan 3 tot 4 specialistische restauratieprojecten tegelijkertijd, elk met hun eigen unieke historie, planning en uitdagingen. - Je pakt projecten van begin tot eind op en bent, afhankelijk van het project, ook betrokken bij de calculatie, werkvoorbereiding en inkoop. - Je verdiept je in historische bouwtechnieken, materiaalkennis (van specifieke mortels en natuursteen tot klassiek timmerwerk) en regelgeving rondom monumenten. - Je handelt snel, borgt de voortgang en zorgt dat hoogwaardige kwaliteitsrestauraties binnen een paar maanden tot een halfjaar perfect worden afgerond. - Je onderhoudt het contact met opdrachtgevers, bouwdirectie en gespecialiseerde onderaannemers. - Je geeft leiding aan onze eigen meester-gezellen, restauratiemetselaars, -timmerlieden en externe specialisten op locatie....
