Fulltime Projectleider RGS Ben jij een regelaar met oog voor kwaliteit en communicatie, die energie krijgt van het managen van RGS-projecten? Wij zoeken een resultaatgerichte professional die kansen pakt en zorgt dat klanten vertrouwen op jouw expertise. Met jouw proactieve houding weet je altijd de juiste resultaten te leveren en zorg je voor tevreden opdrachtgevers. Ben jij de persoon die wij zoeken? Wat ga je doen? - Jij krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het succesvol managen van diverse RGS-projecten. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens plan verloopt, van de eerste fase tot de oplevering. - Je stuurt een team aan van uitvoerders en vaklieden op de bouw en werkt nauw samen met de planvoorbereider en werkvoorbereider/inspecteurs. - Je bewaakt de voortgang van je projecten, met focus op kwaliteit, klanttevredenheid, budget, plezier en veiligheid. - Je evalueert afgeronde projecten en voert een RGS-jaarevaluatie uit met onze vaste opdrachtgevers. - Je signaleert mogelijke risico's en speelt tijdig in op knelpunten of problemen. - Jij bent de persoon die kansen grijpt en zorgt dat iedere opdrachtgever met een glimlach de deur uitgaat. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Een betrokken en daadkrachtige projectleider met een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO-opleiding; - Je hebt ervaring met het plannen, organiseren en communiceren van meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd; - Je houdt altijd het overzicht, zelfs als je meerdere projecten onder je hoede hebt; - Oplossingsgericht en in staat om problemen te signaleren en effectief bij te sturen; - Je weet hoe je een team kunt motiveren en aansteken om gezamenlijk doelen te behalen; - Je bent in staat om de juiste balans te vinden tussen klanttevredenheid en het behalen van bedrijfsdoelstellingen; - In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
