Als Projectleider Rijksvastgoed ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor complexe bouw- en renovatieprojecten binnen het rijksvastgoed. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectcyclus, van initiatiefase tot oplevering en nazorg. Je werkt aan prestigieuze projecten waarbij monumentale waarde, technische complexiteit en moderne eisen samenkomen. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het vertalen van de wensen van opdrachtgevers naar realistische en kwalitatief hoogwaardige bouwoplossingen. Je stuurt multidisciplinaire teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen worden opgeleverd. Daarnaast onderhoud je intensief contact met stakeholders zoals Rijksvastgoedbedrijf, monumentenzorg, architecten en onderaannemers. In deze functie krijg je de kans om jouw expertise verder te ontwikkelen door deel te nemen aan specialistische opleidingen op het gebied van monumentenzorg, duurzaam bouwen en projectmanagement. De organisatie investeert actief in de ontwikkeling van haar medewerkers en biedt concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar seniorposities zoals Senior Projectleider of Projectmanager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor grotere projectportfolio's en strategische klantrelaties. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Aansturen en coördineren van complexe rijksvastgoedprojecten van initiatief tot oplevering; - Opstellen van projectplannen, budgetten en planningen in samenwerking met calculatie en engineering; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en stakeholders; - Leidinggeven aan projectteams bestaande uit uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en onderaannemers; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning en budget gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Risicomanagement en proactief signaleren van knelpunten en kansen; - Onderhouden van relaties met externe partijen zoals monumentenzorg en Rijksvastgoedbedrijf; - Zorge
