Dit betreft een exclusieve wervingsopdracht voor onze opdrachtgever De Gemeente Den Helder. Je komt rechtstreeks in dienst bij de gemeente. Den Helder is volop in beweging. De gemeente transformeert van een beheergerichte organisatie naar een ontwikkelgemeente en staat aan de vooravond van een groei-periode na jaren van krimp. Dat betekent investeren, vernieuwen en vooruitkijken. Deze stad in de kop van Noord-Holland is meer dan alleen haar ligging: hier komen geschiedenis, natuur en moderniteit samen. Van het levendige centrum tot het groene Julianadorp en de uitgestrekte kust van de Waddenzee. Den Helder ontwikkelt zich tot een plek waar het niet alleen prettig wonen en werken is, maar waar ook volop kansen liggen voor de toekomst. Wil jij bijdragen aan deze groei en vernieuwing? Dan is dit het moment om het verschil te maken in Den Helder. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider Ruimtelijke Ordening speel je een belangrijke rol in de ontwikkeling van Den Helder. Je leidt projecten die bijdragen aan een duurzame en toekomstbestendige stad, zoals de realisatie van nieuwe woongebieden, het verbeteren van de leefomgeving en het versterken van het maritieme profiel. Je werkt samen met collega's zoals stedenbouwkundigen, landschapsarchitecten en planologen en houdt regie over het volledige proces: van planvorming tot en met de uitvoering. Daarbij stuur je projectteams inhoudelijk aan en zorg je dat verschillende belangen zorgvuldig worden afgewogen en samengebracht. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat projecten volgens planning en binnen de gestelde kaders worden gerealiseerd.
