krijgt de kans om zelfstandig mee te werken aan grote en gevarieerde projecten, zoals scholen,

sportcentra, gemeentehuizen en andere uitdagende bouwprojecten.

• Je neemt de volledige leiding over jouw bouwprojecten, van start tot oplevering.

• Je maakt de planning op en volgt de voortgang van de werken nauwgezet op.

• Je coördineert en stuurt onze eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers aan.

• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, timing en het budget van de projecten.

• Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere

betrokken partijen.

• Je zorgt voor een duidelijke communicatie tussen alle partijen.

• Je detecteert problemen tijdig en zoekt samen met het team naar praktische en efficiënte

oplossingen.

• Je zorgt ervoor dat elk project veilig, kwalitatief en volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd.

• Je bent een zelfstandige en gedreven professional die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en

verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

• Je beschikt over een diploma Bachelor in een bouwkundige richting.

• Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring als projectleider.

• Je beschikt over een goede technische kennis en inzicht in ruwbouw en afwerking.

• Je bent sterk in planning en organisatie.

• Je denkt oplossingsgericht en bent stressbestendig.

• Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar weet je ook dat goede resultaten ontstaan door samenwerking.

• Je bent flexibel en bereid je te verplaatsen binnen West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
