Voor een ambitieus en groeiend bouwbedrijf dat zich toelegt op residentiële ruwbouwprojecten, zoeken we een Projectleider Ruwbouw in de regio Wenduine. Het gaat om een projectleider met enkele jaren ervaring. Je komt terecht in een vast en hecht team waar open communicatie, vertrouwen en samenwerking centraal staan. In deze rol neem je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over structurele projecten van A tot Z en krijg je de ruimte om echt je stempel te drukken op de uitvoering. De functie inhoud Wat houdt de rol van Projectleider Ruwbouw in?

  • Realisatie van projecten binnen vooropgestelde timing, budgetten en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Dagelijkse aansturing en organisatie van de werf met aandacht voor efficiëntie en overzicht.
  • Bewaking van kwaliteit, orde en veiligheid gedurende het volledige ruwbouwproces.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor werfleiders, bouwheer, architect en (onder)aannemers.
  • Bestellen en opvolgen van materieel en middelen zodat de werf vlot kan blijven draaien.
  • Kort op de bal spelen en efficiënt plannen in functie van voortgang en wijzigingen.

Projectleiders werken in vaste teams en krijgen ondersteuning van klantenbegeleiding, zodat de focus kan blijven liggen op kwaliteit en uitvoering in plaats van randadministratie. De projecten situeren zich hoofdzakelijk in de eigen regio Wenduine, wat zorgt voor minder verplaatsingstijd en een betere werk-privébalans. Daarnaast krijg je ruimte voor initiatief, doorgroeimogelijkheden via opleiding en een werkomgeving waar inzet en engagement oprecht gewaardeerd worden.
