Als Projectleider Service, Beheer & Onderhoud ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol managen van meerdere onderhouds- en beheerprojecten binnen de vastgoedportefeuille van het bedrijf. Je fungeert als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen budget, planning en kwaliteitseisen worden uitgevoerd. Je analyseert de behoeften van klanten, stelt plannen op, coördineert werkzaamheden en bewaakt de voortgang van projecten met een kritische blik op kwaliteit en veiligheid. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit: - Het leiden van meerdere service-, beheer- en onderhoudsprojecten van A tot Z; - Het opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties; - Het opstellen van offertes, projectplannen en begrotingen; - Het aansturen van onderaannemers en eigen technische teams; - Het waarborgen van kwaliteit en veiligheid op alle projectlocaties; - Het signaleren van extra werkzaamheden en omzetmogelijkheden; - Het rapporteren over projectvoortgang aan het management; - Het continu verbeteren van werkprocessen en klantervaring.
