Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en naleving van contractuele afspraken, stuurt het projectteam aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte planning. Je onderhoudt klantrelaties, werft nieuwe klanten voor service en onderhoud, en draagt zorg voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van projecten, waaronder het verwerken van revisies, werkbonnen, onderhoudsrapportages en certificaten. Je volgt interne procedures voor aanvragen, offertes, ontwerpen en opdrachten. Samen met het serviceteam werk je aan een hoge klanttevredenheid en bewaak je het verbeterproces. Je geeft leiding aan de medewerkers van de serviceafdeling en stimuleert hun ontwikkeling. Daarnaast houd je je vakkennis actueel.
