In deze rol leid je complexe engineeringprojecten binnen de hoogste divisie van de jachtbouw. Je bent betrokken vanaf de ontwikkelfase tot en met de realisatie op de werf. Daarbij werk je dicht op de productie, waardoor je direct ziet hoe jouw technische keuzes werkelijkheid worden. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en technische aansturing van meerdere scheepsbouwprojecten. - Uitwerken van technische projectinformatie en tijdig overdragen aan productie - Aansturen van CAD-tekenaars bij het opstellen van technische tekeningen - Afstemmen met scheepsbouw, werktuigbouw, interieur, schilderwerk en RVS-specialisten - Zorgen dat materialen tijdig en correct worden ingevoerd voor inkoop en productie - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers over technische leveringen - Opstellen en bewaken van voorbereidingsplanningen, urenbudgetten en gewichtsbudgetten - Wekelijks afstemmen met collega-projectleiders en productie om knelpunten op te lossen Bedrijfsprofiel Je komt terecht bij een toonaangevende high-end maakorganisatie binnen de luxe jachtbouw.
