Ben jij een ervaren projectleider met een sterke achtergrond in ETCS, spoorwegsignalisatie en complexe technische infrastructuurprojecten? Voor een grootschalig programma binnen de Belgische spoorinfrastructuur zoeken we een senior technisch profiel dat verschillende strategische projecten van studie tot indienststelling in goede banen leidt.

Je komt terecht in een uitdagende projectomgeving waar nieuwe seininrichtingssystemen worden ontwikkeld, vernieuwd en uitgerold. Als Projectleider ETCS zorg jij voor structuur, afstemming en voortgang binnen projecten waarin techniek, veiligheid, budget, planning en verschillende stakeholders samenkomen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Projectleider ETCS neem je de leiding over meerdere technische projecten binnen spoorwegsignalisatie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je begeleidt verschillende projecten gedurende de volledige levenscyclus: van studie en voorbereiding tot uitvoering, oplevering en indienststelling.
  • Je bewaakt de projectscope en zorgt ervoor dat doelstellingen en verwachtingen duidelijk blijven.
  • Je stelt projectbudgetten, jaarbudgetten en deelbudgetten op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je maakt globale planningen en detailplanningen op, rekening houdend met resources, deadlines en financiële randvoorwaarden.
  • Je identificeert mogelijke risico’s op het vlak van veiligheid, timing, capaciteit en budget en neemt tijdig corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Je organiseert en leidt coördinatie- en projectvergaderingen.
  • Je stemt werkzaamheden af met interne medewerkers, leveranciers, technische partners en onderaannemers.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden nauwgezet op en stuurt de planning bij wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je werkt volgens vastgelegde procedures rond project governance, scopebeheer en change management.
  • Je rapporteert regelmatig over de voortgang, risico’s, budgetten en belangrijke mijlpalen aan het programmamanagement en de betrokken stakeholders.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan kennisdeling en het uitwisselen van ervaringen binnen verschillende technische teams en afdelingen.
  • Je bouwt duurzame professionele relaties op met stakeholders binnen de spoorweg- en signallingsector.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren technische projectleider die complexe infrastructuurprojecten kan structureren, coördineren en succesvol kan realiseren.

  • een masterdiploma in een bouwkundige of technische richting;
  • minstens 10 jaar ervaring met het leiden en coördineren van omvangrijke technische projecten;
  • minstens 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen ETCS-projecten;
  • een grondige kennis van ETCS en spoorwegsignalisatie;
  • een goede technische kennis van belangrijke componenten binnen railway signalling, waaronder: detectieapparatuur; balises en bakens; seinen; spoorstroomkringen; interlocking; treinbeveiligings- en signaleringssystemen;
  • kennis van Europese en internationale normen en veiligheidsvoorschriften binnen spoorwegsignalisatie;
  • ervaring met projectplanning, budgetbeheer, risicobeheer en stakeholdermanagement;
  • praktische ervaring met MS Project;
  • een goede kennis van MS Office, waaronder Excel, Word, Outlook en SharePoint;
  • bij voorkeur een sterk professioneel netwerk binnen de Belgische spoorweg- of signallingsector.
  • Combineer je technische kennis met sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt in een tweetalige professionele omgeving en spreekt dus vloeiend Nederlands en Frans;
