Jobomschrijving

Jouw uitdagingen als projectleider staalbouw:

  • Organiseren en coördineren - jouw eigen project(en) loopt op rolletjes op 3 fronten: studie, productie/transport en montage. Dit van contractvorming tot oplevering
  • Helicopterview – je bewaart steeds het overzicht over je verschillende projecten. Je houdt daarbij de contractuele scope nauwlettend in de gaten en neemt nodige acties bij het optreden van eventuele wijzigingen
  • Van dossierkennis naar uitvoering - nadat je het volledige bestek, de bestekplannen en het contract grondig uitgespit hebt, bekijk je samen met het studieteam naar de optimale uitvoeringswijze
  • Budget bewaken - meerwerken? Check. Vorderingsstaten? Check. Uitvoeringsdetails goedkeuren? Check. Jij hebt altijd zicht op de cijfers
  • Aankopen - dankzij jouw sterke technische achtergrond neem jij de projectmatige aankopen voor jouw rekening. Je bent een kei in het opzetten van de nodige prijsaanvragen en kan deze – indien nodig – onderhandelen
  • Samenwerken - je zorgt voor vlot contact met het de opdrachtgever, de partners, je collega’s van het interne werkhuis en het studiebureau. Iedereen op één lijn? That’s your goal
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit - wij kunnen rekenen op jou voor een algemene vlotte uitvoering van het project. De veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften bewaken blijven steeds jouw topprioriteit.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je bent een (ervaren) industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur Bouwkunde of (Elektro)mechanica met een ondernemende mindset. Een eerste bagage aan werkervaring is een streepje voor, maar wij nemen jou gerust mee op sleeptouw
  • Communiceren in het Nederlands, straks ‘en Français’ of morgen ‘in English’? Je bent voldoende taalvaardig en trekt goed jouw plan
  • Vernuftige technische oplossingen economisch uitwerken en deze vervolgens concretiseren en uitvoeren, daar zeg jij JA tegen
  • Je bent niet snel van jouw sokken geblazen. Je durft van jezelf te zeggen dat je een stevige portie doorzettingsvermogen aan de dag kan leggen. Dit gecombineerd met stevige people skills om jouw collega’s te enthousiasmeren.
