Voor een financieel gezonde en groeiende KMO zijn we op zoek naar een projectleider staalconstructies. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in maatwerkprojecten binnen staalconstructies, waarbij kwaliteit, technische expertise en een goede samenwerking centraal staan.

Van bordessen en trappen tot leuningen, trechters en transportbanden: elk project vraagt een specifieke aanpak. Als projectleider krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om deze projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering in goede banen te leiden.

  • Projecten op maat van A tot Z begeleiden, van voorbereiding tot oplevering
  • De planning van verschillende projecten opvolgen en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Monteurs inplannen en dagelijks aansturen op de verschillende werven
  • De werkzaamheden op de werf opvolgen en erop toezien dat alles volgens de gemaakte afspraken verloopt
  • Technische vragen van monteurs en klanten beantwoorden
  • De nodige materialen tijdig bestellen en ervoor zorgen dat deze op de werf beschikbaar zijn
  • Overleggen met klanten en collega's over de voortgang van de projecten
  • Problemen op de werf snel signaleren en samen met de betrokken partijen naar een oplossing zoeken
  • De voortgang, timing en kwaliteit van de projecten bewaken
  • Waar nodig bijsturen in functie van planning, materiaal of personeelsbezetting
  • Ervaring als projectleider binnen staalconstructies of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving
  • Uitgebreide kennis van staalconstructies en bijhorende materialen
  • Technisch inzicht en de mogelijkheid om technische plannen en informatie goed te interpreteren
  • Ervaring met het aansturen en organiseren van medewerkers is een sterke troef
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden voor het contact met klanten, monteurs en collega's
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en voldoende Engels en Frans om professioneel te kunnen communiceren
  • Kennis van Autodesk Inventor is een pluspunt
  • Flexibel ingesteld en bereid om occasioneel wat langer door te werken wanneer een project dit vraagt
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar houdt tegelijk de verschillende betrokken partijen goed op de hoogte
