Je verbindt strategische doelen aan concrete acties en communicatiemiddelen. Daarbij versterk je duurzame samenwerking in een breed netwerk van onder meer woningcorporaties, zorgaanbieders, wijkpartners, gemeentelijke diensten, maatschappelijke organisaties en regiogemeenten. Je werkt nauw samen met het programmamanagement, de communicatieadviseur, het projectteam en de proceseigenaren van de organisatiewijziging. Wat ga je doen? 1. Regie voeren op netwerk en samenwerking Je versterkt en onderhoudt het stakeholdernetwerk rondom Wonen Eerst 010. Je organiseert de samenwerking, onder meer via de werkgroep communicatie, houdt partners aangesloten en signaleert knelpunten. Je vertaalt signalen en uiteenlopende belangen naar concrete verbeteracties en werkbare afspraken. 2. Positionering en strategische zichtbaarheid versterken Je voert in afstemming met het programmamanagement regie op de positionering richting bestuur, politiek, partners en publiek. Je ontwikkelt aansprekende kernboodschappen en verhalen en benut strategische momenten, waaronder netwerkbijeenkomsten, om de aanpak zichtbaar te maken. 3. Strategie vertalen naar middelen en uitvoering Samen met de communicatieadviseur ontwikkel en bewaak je een integrale interne en externe communicatie- en netwerkstrategie. Je coördineert de realisatie van onder meer web- en intranetcontent, nieuwsbrieven, presentaties, Q&A's, informatiepakketten, visuele middelen en materialen voor leidinggevenden en netwerkpartners. 4.
