Bij Aktual zoeken we een projectleider die met een vleugje creativiteit en een scherp oog voor detail elk project tot een succes maakt! Als jij houdt van afwisseling, techniek én samenwerken, dan willen wij jou graag in ons team.

Als projectleider ben jij de onmisbare link tussen onze designers, sales, makers en bouwers. Jij zorgt ervoor dat elk project tot in de puntjes is voorbereid en begeleid, zodat het vlekkeloos verloopt van start tot finish. Jij bent de steun en toeverlaat van de montage- en demontageploegen, waarbij je hen van de juiste informatie voorziet. Natuurlijk sta je hierbij in nauw contact met de head of operations, aan wie je rapporteert.

Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Opstellen van uitvoeringsfiches en checklists voor een heldere montage en demontage per project.
  • Maken van technische tekeningen en gedetailleerde werkplannen.
  • Aanmaken van stukkenlijsten en materiaallijsten om projecten efficiënt te beheren.
  • Bestellingen plaatsen en zorgen dat alle materialen op tijd beschikbaar zijn.
  • Vereenvoudigen en/of modulair ontwerpen van standen met herbruik in gedachten.
  • Je gaat mee naar de (buitenlandse) werven voor op- en afbouw (50% van je tijd).
  • Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, meer bepaald bachelor of graduaat in elektro, elektromechanica of mechanica en je gaat geen enkele technische uitdaging uit de weg.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met MS Office en hebt ervaring met Autocad.
  • Je bent een organisatietalent en werkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Kwaliteit en service staan bij jou op de eerste plaats.
  • Je bent punctueel, hebt een scherp oog voor details en weet elk project als een perfect passende puzzel af te ronden.
  • Een sterk analytisch vermogen: je kunt de kosten en benodigde tijd voor elk project helder inschatten.
  • Praktisch inzicht gecombineerd met uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden: je weet hoe je complexe informatie duidelijk kunt overbrengen.
  • Je hebt geen schrik om zelf mee de werkvloer op te gaan.
  • Ervaring in standenbouw of met interieurprojecten? Dat is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must!
