Vanwege zwangerschapsverlof ontstaat tijdelijk behoefte aan extra capaciteit binnen het team Stedelijke Ontwikkeling. Voor een periode van zes maanden zoeken wij een ervaren Projectleider Stedelijke Ontwikkeling voor 24 uur per week. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig aansturen en realiseren van complexe ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen binnen de gemeente. Je werkt aan maatschappelijke opgaven zoals woningbouw, gebiedsontwikkeling en de realisatie van maatschappelijke voorzieningen. - Je voert regie op het gehele projectproces, van initiatief en planvorming tot bestuurlijke besluitvorming en uitvoering. - Hierbij stuur je diverse medewerkers aan en zorg je voor afstemming met bestuur, inwoners, ontwikkelaars, woningcorporaties en overige stakeholders. - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang, kwaliteit, risico's en financiën van de projecten en adviseert management en bestuur over strategische keuzes en besluitvorming.
