In deze opdracht werk je aan het structureel verbeteren van het financieel perspectief vanaf 2028 en lever je een directe bijdrage aan de voorbereiding van de Perspectievennota 2028. Daarnaast versterk je de samenwerking tussen management, team financiën, budgethouders en budgetbeheerders. Je helpt de organisatie om financiële verantwoordelijkheid, beleidskeuzes en integrale sturing beter met elkaar te verbinden. Daarmee breng je het managementteam en het college tijdig in positie voor strategische advisering. Wat ga je doen - Je werkt aan concrete voorstellen die het financieel perspectief vanaf 2028 structureel verbeteren. - Je bereidt de organisatie inhoudelijk voor op de Perspectievennota 2028 en het besluitvormingsmoment van de gemeenteraad op 14 juli 2027. - Je versterkt en verbetert het samenspel tussen management, team financiën, budgethouders en budgetbeheerders. - Je zorgt ervoor dat het managementteam tijdig en beter in positie komt om het college strategisch te adviseren over onder andere P&C-producten. - Je verbindt betrokkenen nadrukkelijker met elkaar in het proces van analyse, advisering, keuzes en monitoring. - Je draagt bij aan meer financieel bewustzijn, betere sturing en een gezamenlijk beeld van financiële mogelijkheden en consequenties van keuzes. - Je helpt bouwen aan een gezonde en duurzame manier van werken waarin rolvastheid, mandaat en inhoudelijke beleidskeuzes goed samenkomen.
