De functie Als projectleider ben je betrokken bij alle projecten binnen de afdeling van initiatief fase tot oplevering. Het betreft hier zowel kleinschalige verbouwingen tot grote renovatie- of nieuwbouw trajecten van gebouwen, terreinen, elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met de Teammanager. - Je stelt projectplannen op; - Je laat derden voorstellen maken en beoordeelt de aanbiedingen; - Je stelt gezamenlijk met de teammanager een werkbegroting op en beheert deze; - Je instrueert en begeleid de werkvoorbereider, contact beheerder, technici en derde partijen die betrokken zijn bij het project; - Je organiseert derden, materieel en materiaal; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de detailplanning alsmede de overall-planning van de projecten; - Je bewaakt en stuurt de voortgang van de werkzaamheden; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de projectadministratie; - Je hebt overleg met interne afdelingen alsmede externe partijen. Het team Je maakt deel uit van een hecht en betrokken team van technici, werkvoorbereiders & contractbeheerders en technische projectleiders. Samenwerking, kennisdeling en collegialiteit vormen de basis van onze werkwijze.
