Heb jij zin om al jouw ervaring om te zetten in een verantwoordelijke job? Jij als projectleider aan het roer van één (of meerdere) bouwproject(en), zowel qua uitvoering als budget?

Jij staat in voor het coördineren van alle werkzaamheden vanaf de voorbereiding van het project tot aan de voorlopige oplevering. Voor de dagelijkse operationele uitvoering kan je rekenen op een enthousiast team van collega's (Werfleider, Ploegbaas en Arbeiders) Je rapporteert aan de Projectdirecteur.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Je draagt de operationele verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering van de toegewezen bouwprojecten
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor het bestuur en waakt over de tevredenheid, goedkeuring en waardering van onze opdrachtgever
  • Je staat in voor de financiële rendabiliteit van het bouwproject en kijkt toe op de uitvoeringstermijn van het project
  • Je controleert en volgt de voortgang der werken consequent op, waarbij je overleg pleegt met het bouwbestuur, collega's, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Als motor van het werfteam zorg je voor een goede aansturing, motivatie en opvolging van je collega's
  • ...
  • Je hebt minimum 10 jaar relevante werkervaring, idealiter bij een klasse 8 aannemer
  • Je kan goed overweg met de courante MS Office toepassingen
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, ervaring Frans en/of Engels is een extra troef
