The posting

Als projectleider totaaltechnieken ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en opvolging van technische projecten van opstart tot oplevering.

Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten correct voorbereid worden, efficiënt uitgevoerd worden en binnen de vooropgestelde timing en budget gerealiseerd worden. Daarbij stem je af met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams en bewaak je de kwaliteit en voortgang van de werken.

Je bent de centrale schakel in het project en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen goed op elkaar afgestemd zijn, zodat projecten vlot en zonder onnodige vertragingen verlopen.

  • Je organiseert en coördineert projecten van opstart tot oplevering, zodat deze volgens planning en afspraken gerealiseerd worden
  • Je stelt planningen op en stuurt medewerkers en onderaannemers aan, zodat de uitvoering efficiënt en gestructureerd verloopt
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte voorbereiding van projecten, zodat de uitvoering zonder onderbrekingen of onduidelijkheden kan starten
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en budgetten van projecten en stuurt bij waar nodig, zodat afwijkingen tijdig gecorrigeerd worden
  • Je stemt af met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams, zodat alle partijen correct geïnformeerd zijn en efficiënt samenwerken
  • Je detecteert tijdig knelpunten en neemt de nodige acties, zodat deze geen impact hebben op de uitvoering of planning
  • Je volgt technische dossiers op en zorgt voor een correcte administratie en rapportering
  • Je begeleidt de oplevering van projecten, zodat deze correct en volgens afspraken worden afgerond

Wij zoeken iemand die overzicht bewaart, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en projecten doelgericht aanstuurt. Daarnaast werk je vanuit vertrouwen, directe open-en eerlijkheid.

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in een technische richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt ervaring in projectopvolging binnen technische omgevingen
  • Je beschikt over een goed organisatorisch inzicht en kan prioriteiten stellen
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met verschillende stakeholders
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, ook in drukke periodes
  • Je neemt initiatief en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt in oplossingen
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband
