Voor een tijdelijke opdracht zoeken wij een zelfstandige projectleider die verantwoordelijk is voor het voorbereiden, coördineren en opleveren van een transitieproject rondom de energievoorziening van een trolleynetwerk. Door veranderende verantwoordelijkheden in het beheer en onderhoud van gelijkrichterstations is er behoefte aan een nieuwe structuur voor beheer, onderhoud en contracten. Je richt processen, verantwoordelijkheden en afspraken opnieuw in en zorgt voor een succesvolle overdracht van de projectresultaten. De opdracht is tijdelijk en eindigt na het behalen van de afgesproken resultaten. Je ontwikkelt onder andere een implementatievoorstel voor installatieverantwoordelijkheid, een plan voor de toekomstige schakelwacht, een aanpak voor onderhoudscontracten en verzorgt de projectbeheersing met rapportages en risicoanalyses. Je stemt af met interne en externe stakeholders, organiseert projectoverleggen en bewaakt de voortgang en samenhang van het project. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Ervaring met het coördineren van projecten met meerdere stakeholders. - Ervaring met het opstellen van projectplanningen, voortgangsrapportages en risicoanalyses. - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Kennis van contractvorming en ervaring met advisering over inkoop en aanbesteding. - Kennis van installatieverantwoordelijkheid en onderhoud van technische installaties (hoog- en laagspanning) is een pré. - Ervaring met beheer, onderhoud of vervanging van technische infrastructuur. - Ervaring met energievoorzieningen voor openbaar vervoer en/of bedrijfsvoeringscentra voor hoogspanningsinstallaties is een pré. - Aantoonbare ervaring als projectleider in civiele of elektrotechnische proj...
