Voor een familiebedrijf met meer dan 35 jaar ervaring in het creëren en onderhouden van groene ruimtes zoeken wij een projectleider. Dit bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in openbare parken, particuliere tuinen, daktuinen, eco-tuinen en landschapsconstructie. Het levert uitgebreide oplossingen voor zowel particuliere klanten als stedelijke projecten, waarbij vakmanschap en kwaliteit centraal staan.

Jouw takenpakket:

Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het leiden van diverse projecten binnen de groenvoorziening:

  • Projectleiding van kleinschalige tot industriële projecten: Van tuinaanleg tot duurzame stedelijke projecten Je houdt van het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat elk project van begin tot eind succesvol wordt uitgevoerd
  • Samenwerking : Je werkt nauw samen met onze teams, klanten en leveranciers Je hebt zowel de planning , uitvoering als kwaliteit van de projecten doorlopen
  • Variabele projecten : Je projecten werken per seizoen en opdracht Je werkt aan zowel kleinschalige als industriële/grootschalige projecten
  • Je vertrekt vanuit Nieuwenrode , waar je je bedrijfswagen ophaalt om vervolgens naar het project te rijden.

Profiel

  • Je hebt een praktische instelling met sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten .
  • Je hebt ervaring in de groensector en bij voorkeur als projectleider.
  • Je beschikt over goede plannings- en organisatietalenten.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en diepgaand in je werk.
  • Je bent enthousiast en werkt graag in teamverband en je kan ook zelfstandig werken en beslissingen nemen.
  • Je bent flexibel en kunt werken in verschillende contexten (bijzondere klanten van hoog niveau, stedelijke projecten).
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden om met klanten, teams en leveranciers te communiceren.
  • Rijbewijs B is een must .
