Momenteel zijn wij dringend op zoek naar een Projectleider Tuinaanleg. Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie en opvolging van tuin- en buitenaanlegprojecten. Je combineert organisatorisch talent met leiderschap op het terrein en zorgt ervoor dat werven efficiënt, veilig en kwalitatief worden uitgevoerd.

Je stuurt dagelijks meerdere ploegen aan en begeleidt hen in functie van verbeteringen en veranderingen binnen het bedrijf. Je hanteert een positieve en professionele houding en straalt natuurlijk leiderschap uit. Je werkt nauw samen met ploegbazen en hun medewerkers en weet respect te creëren op basis van vertrouwen en expertise.

Je neemt wekelijks deel aan overlegmomenten met collega’s. Samen stemmen jullie de planning af van gedeelde bedrijfsmiddelen en de gemeenschappelijke werfplanning. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van zowel de algemene werking als de planning van je eigen werven.

Je waakt over de orde en netheid van het wagen- en machinepark. Je spreekt medewerkers proactief aan op vlak van veiligheid, correct gebruik van materieel en onderhoud. Je ziet toe op een veilige werkomgeving en kwalitatieve uitvoering van alle werkzaamheden. - Vaardigheden: Je bent in staat om meerdere ploegen aan te sturen, te motiveren en te coachen, terwijl je een natuurlijke leiderschapsrol vervult. Je plant en organiseert werven efficiënt, houdt deadlines in het oog en coördineert de inzet van personeel en materieel. Je beschikt over technische kennis van tuinaanleg, riolering, opritten, terrassen, beregenings.

- Opleidingsvereisten: Je beschikt over een diploma in tuin- en landschapsinrichting, groenbeheer, bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding, aangevuld met relevante praktijkervaring in projectleiding of werven van buitenaanleg.

- Vakkennis: Ervaring in tuinaanleg en projectleiding is een groot pluspunt en geeft je een duidelijk voordeel bij de uitvoering en coördinatie van werven.

- Talenkennis: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
