Jobomschrijving

APK Group is momenteel op zoek naar een Projectleider Boringen. In deze rol neem je de dagelijkse leiding op onze werven en zorg je ervoor dat elk project technisch, organisatorisch en veilig wordt uitgevoerd. Je stuurt de ploegen aan, bewaakt de planning en werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne en externe partners.Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:Coördineren van de werfinrichting (toegangen, bebording, signalisatie, veiligheid, werfcontainer, …).Voorbereiden van de opstart van nieuwe projecten op basis van het werfdossier.Analyseren van plannen, bestekken en uitvoeringsdossiers.Inplannen van materieel, materiaal en personeel.Aansturen van arbeiders en onderaannemers, met focus op rendement en risicobeheersing.Bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de werf.Rendementsbewaking: toezien op correcte en tijdige uitvoering volgens planning en opvolgen van de brutomarge per uur.Opvolgen van dagrapporten (gepresteerde uren), vorderingsstaten en leveringsbonnen.Bijhouden van onvoorziene werken (o.a. via foto’s), personeelsplanning en materiaalvoorziening.Rapporteren aan de klantverantwoordelijke.Opvolgen en beheren van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en milieuaspecten.Organiseren van toolboxmeetings en risicoanalyses in overleg met de preventieadviseur.

Bachelor of master in bouwkunde, industriële wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.Min. 2 jaar relevante ervaring.Goede kennis Nederlands of Frans.In het bezit van rijbewijs B.Geldig VOL-VCA-attest of bereid dit te behalen.Interesse in en affiniteit met de sector (bouw, telecom, infrastructuur, groenaanleg).Geen 9-to-5 mentaliteit.
