Als Projectleider Utiliteitsbouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en draag je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoering van jouw projecten. Je stuurt het bouwproces aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden gerealiseerd. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, onderaannemers, adviseurs en interne specialisten om complexe bouwprojecten succesvol af te ronden. Daarnaast ben je het gezicht naar de opdrachtgever en zorg je voor heldere communicatie en verwachtingsmanagement gedurende het hele traject. Jouw werkzaamheden omvatten: - Aansturen en coördineren van utilitaire bouwprojecten van start tot oplevering; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid op de bouwplaats; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en adviseurs; - Leidinggeven aan uitvoerders, voorlieden en onderaannemers; - Organiseren en leiden van bouwvergaderingen en overleggen; - Beoordelen en accorderen van meerwerk en wijzigingen; - Zorgen voor tijdige inkoop van materialen en diensten; - Bewaken van contractuele afspraken en het oplossen van eventuele geschillen; - Signaleren van risico's en het nemen van passende maatregelen; - Bijdragen aan de continue verbeteringen van werkprocessen.

Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om je leiderschapskwaliteiten verder te ontwikkelen. Het bedrijf biedt concrete doorgroeimogelijkheden naar bijvoorbeeld Senior Projectleider of Projectmanager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor nog grotere en complexere projecten. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om door te groeien naar een rol binnen de directie of om je te specialiseren in specifieke marktsegmenten zoals zorg of onderwijs.
