Als Projectleider Utiliteitsbouw ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor complexe bouwprojecten in de utiliteitssector. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectrealisatie, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je stuurt het projectteam aan, bewaakt de planning en het budget, en zorgt ervoor dat elk project volgens afspraak wordt opgeleverd. Je bent het gezicht naar de opdrachtgever en onderhoudt intensief contact met architecten, adviseurs en onderaannemers. In deze functie werk je aan diverse projecten zoals hotels, bedrijfspanden en andere commerciële gebouwen. Je hebt de vrijheid om jouw eigen werkwijze te bepalen en krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid om projecten naar jouw inzicht te organiseren. Daarnaast coach je uitvoerders en werkvoorbereiders, waarbij je jouw kennis en ervaring deelt met het team. Door de groei van de organisatie zijn er volop doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je kunt jezelf ontwikkelen richting Senior Projectleider of Projectmanager, waarbij je grotere en complexere projecten gaat aansturen. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om je te specialiseren in specifieke bouwsegmenten of om door te groeien naar een rol binnen de directie. Jouw taken in het kort: - Aansturen en coördineren van utiliteitsbouwprojecten van start tot oplevering; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, architecten en adviseurs; - Leidinggeven aan uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders en onderaannemers; - Zorgen voor optimale samenwerking tussen alle betrokken partijen; - Signaleren van risico's en tijdig schakelen bij afwijkingen; - Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid op de bouwplaats.
