Organisatie Werken voor Maatschappelijke Ontwikkeling (MO) is werken voor een afdeling die dichtbij het bestuur staat. Hier maak je beleid gericht op een veerkrachtige samenleving en bepaal je hoe je gemeentelijke doelstellingen het beste realiseert. Maar je doet veel meer dan achter je bureau beleid schrijven. Je gaat ook naar buiten om te zien wat er speelt bij onze inwoners en maatschappelijke partners. Jij helpt de gemeente met resultaatgerichte strategie. Opdracht Werkzaamheden Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van een uitvoeringsprogramma Wonen, Welzijn en Zorg (WWZ). Je brengt hierbij het sociaal en ruimtelijk domein samen en werkt nauw samen met maatschappelijke partners om te komen tot concrete, uitvoerbare afspraken. De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren van het proces rondom de totstandkoming van het uitvoeringsprogramma WWZ; - Sturen op de kwaliteit en uitvoerbaarheid van de inhoudelijke bijdragen van interne en externe deelnemers; - Creëren van draagvlak en afstemmen met de bestuurlijke en ambtelijke opdrachtgevers; - Leveren van een stevige eigen inhoudelijke bijdrage aan het uitvoeringsprogramma; - Verstevigen van de resultaatgerichte samenwerking tussen het sociaal en ruimtelijk domein en tussen de gemeente en maatschappelijke partners; - Vertalen van de samenwerking naar concrete en uitvoerbare afspraken die fasegewijs tot uitvoering kunnen worden gebracht. Doel van de inzet Het doel van de inzet is om binnen zeven maanden te komen tot een uitvoeringsprogramma WWZ waarmee de gemeente de voortgang op doelen en acties kan monitoren en waar nodig kan bijsturen. Het programma vormt de basis voor de samenwerking met maatschappelijke partners.
