Je stuurt utiliteitsprojecten aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering en bent verantwoordelijk voor planning, budget en kwaliteit. Je schakelt rechtstreeks met opdrachtgevers, architecten en onderaannemers en bepaalt zelf hoe je het project aanpakt. - Je stelt werkplannen op en bewaakt de voortgang; - Je onderhandelt met onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Je lost technische vraagstukken op en neemt besluiten; - Je rapporteert aan de directie over resultaat en risico's.

Je groeit door naar senior projectleider of specialiseert je in duurzaam bouwen.
