Je bent bekend met het domein vakbekwaamheid en hebt minimaal 4 jaar relevante werkervaring. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met het doorontwikkelen van een (vakbekwaamheids)afdeling. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Opstellen en opleveren van een volledige meerjarenbegroting waarin de implementatie van de "toekomstscenario's Vakbekwaamheid" is verwerkt. - Opstellen van beleid met betrekking tot het opleiden van brandweermensen door de afdeling Vakbekwaamheid, in relatie tot Onderwijs Onderweg. - Implementeren van de adviezen uit het document "doorontwikkeling afdeling Vakbekwaamheid" en het vastleggen van beleid hiervoor. - Opstellen van beleid met betrekking tot de operationele werkprocessen van team Vakbekwaam Blijven. Resultaat - De meerjarenbegroting is opgeleverd. - Het beleid is volledig en effectief geïmplementeerd. - De adviezen uit het document "doorontwikkeling afdeling Vakbekwaamheid" zijn geïmplementeerd en het bijbehorende beleid is vastgelegd. Vereisten - Bekendheid met het domein Vakbekwaamheid. - Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring binnen het domein Vakbekwaamheid. - Ervaring met het doorontwikkelen van een (vakbekwaamheids)afdeling.
