Als projectleider bij Matchpartner ga je via tijdelijke opdrachten aan de slag bij gemeenten, woningcorporaties, ontwikkelaars en andere organisaties binnen het ruimtelijk domein. Je combineert de afwisseling en uitdaging van interim werken met de stabiliteit en ondersteuning van een dienstverband. Voor ons team zoeken wij een ervaren projectleider die energie haalt uit het aansturen van complexe projecten, het verbinden van verschillende belangen en het realiseren van concrete resultaten. Wat ga je doen? Als interim projectleider word je ingezet op tijdelijke opdrachten die aansluiten bij jouw kennis en ervaring. Je neemt de regie over projecten binnen bijvoorbeeld gebiedsontwikkeling, vastgoedontwikkeling of andere ruimtelijke opgaven, en zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen-van planvorming tot uitvoering. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Het leiden en coördineren van ruimtelijke of vastgoedgerelateerde projecten; - Het opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en doelstellingen; - Het aansturen van interne projectteams en externe samenwerkingspartners; - Het afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, bestuurders, bewoners en andere stakeholders; - Het signaleren en beheersen van risico's, knelpunten en afhankelijkheden; - Het bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en besluitvorming binnen complexe trajecten.
