Dit is jouw baan: Deze functie kenmerkt zich door de afwisselende rollen die je binnen deze functie bekleedt . Bij projecten met een duidelijke en afgebakende omvang neem jij de rol van projectleider op je. Je bent dan van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het projectresultaat: van planvorming tot oplevering. De projecten hebben vaak een multidisciplinair karakter en raken zowel techniek, zorgprocessen als organisatie. Je bent vanaf de start betrokken: je denkt mee over de aanpak, stelt projectplannen op en vertaalt ideeën naar concrete en haalbare plannen. Vervolgens neem je de regie in de uitvoering en zorg je dat projecten binnen de afgesproken tijd, kwaliteit en budget worden gerealiseerd. Dankzij jouw voorbereiding, afstemming en technisch inzicht realiseer jij projecten samen met zorgafdelingen en externe partners zonder de continuïteit van zorg te verstoren. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Kortom, dit ben jij: - Je voelt je comfortabel in een rol waarin je schakelt tussen trekken (projectleiding) en ondersteunen (werkvoorbereiding). - Je hebt het vermogen om overzicht te houden én de diepte in te gaan op inhoud en techniek. - Je krijgt energie van samenwerken en het verbinden van verschillende disciplines. - Je hebt een hbo werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt ervaring met projectmanagement en het leiden / begeleiden van projecten. - Je hebt affiniteit met vastgoed, techniek en/of de zorgomgeving. - Je beschikt over sterk organisatie- en analytisch vermogen. - Je bent zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en werkt resultaatgericht. - Je bent communicatief sterk en wee...
