Als Projectleider Vastgoedonderhoud ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en het gezicht van de organisatie op de bouwplaats. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectrealisatie, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitseisen worden uitgevoerd. Daarbij houd je rekening met de specifieke uitdagingen van het werken in bewoonde staat, wat vraagt om een klantgerichte en zorgvuldige aanpak richting bewoners en gebruikers. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, vakmensen en externe partners om tot het beste resultaat te komen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw functie is het adviseren van opdrachtgevers over technische oplossingen, duurzaamheid en onderhoudsscenario's. Je denkt mee over de beste aanpak en vertaalt wensen en eisen naar concrete werkplannen. Bij monumentale projecten vraagt dit om extra aandacht voor historische details en restauratietechnieken. Je hebt regelmatig contact met architecten, adviseurs en toezichthouders om ervoor te zorgen dat alle partijen op één lijn zitten. Daarnaast coach en begeleid je jouw team, zodat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar wordt verwacht. Binnen deze functie krijg je volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen. De organisatie investeert actief in de groei van haar medewerkers via interne opleidingsprogramma's en trainingen. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als Senior Projectleider of Projectmanager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk wordt voor grotere en complexere projecten of zelfs een eigen team gaat aansturen. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om je te specialiseren in specifieke vakgebieden zoals monumentaal onderhoud, verduurzaming of innovatieve bouwmethoden.
