The posting

Voor een bouwklant met werven over heel België, zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider Veiligheid. Als projectleider veiligheid ga je je vooral richten op het uitvoeren van werfbezoeken in het kader van veiligheid, kwaliteit, lean en welzijn.

  • Eén van je grootste prioriteiten is het nazicht van de collectieve beschermingsmiddelen! Zowel voor onze eigen mensen als voor de onderaannemers kijk je dit op verschillende werven na. Verder doe je controle op het naleven van het gebruik van hun persoonlijke beschermingsmaterialen.
  • Jij gaat kijken naar de efficiëntie van de toegepaste arbeidsmiddelen op de werf, eventueel mee nadenken om oplossingen aan te bieden bij praktische problemen op de werf,…
  • In het kader van Welzijn geef jij suggesties ter verbetering van het welzijn op de werkvloer en doe je controle van de aanwezige nuts- en sociale voorzieningen op de werf.
  • We schatten dat je ongeveer 3 tot 4 dagen per week op de werven bent en 1 dag op kantoor. Hier maak je dan een rapport op van de afgelopen dagen. Uiteraard wanneer er ernstige gebreken zijn geef je deze onmiddellijk door.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een ervaring in de bouw (bouw, steigerbouw, elektriciteit,…) en een opleiding preventie adviseur II.
  • Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die sterk is in werkorganisatie, communicatief, flexibel en accuraat.
  • Bij voorkeur iemand die zich vlot kan behelpen in onze beide landstalen en daarenboven vlot is met de informatica toepassingen.
