Stokjes NV werd 30 jaar geleden opgericht en is uitgegroeid tot dé referentie in luchtbehandeling & ventilatietechnieken.

Dankzij steeds strengere isolatienormen van de gebouwen is luchtbehandeling een belangrijke topic geworden. Om als geen ander in te spelen op deze behoeften heeft Stokjes er steeds voor gekozen om mee te denken met zijn klanten. Het bedrijf houdt zich dus niet alleen bezig met de uitvoering van werken. Naast eigen productielijnen voor rond & rechthoekige kanalen, neemt Stokjes ook bij het studie-, reken- en bovenal aanpaswerk, het heft in handen. Zo slagen zij erin om systemen onmiddellijk aan te passen aan de noden van een gebouw zonder aan kwaliteit in te boeten.

DE FUNCTIE!

Als projectleider ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze ventilatieprojecten. Je stuurt meerdere projecten tegelijk aan en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en uitvoering. Je werkt nauw samen met alle partijen (eigen monteurs, onderaannemers en andere bouwpartners) en zorgt ervoor dat elk project correct, efficiënt en met oog voor detail wordt opgeleverd.

Je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste ontwerp tot en met de finale oplevering. Je woont bouwvergaderingen bij, verdedigt de belangen van Stokjes en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen. Daarnaast evalueer je lopende en afgeronde projecten en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de directie.

Je komt terecht in een hecht projectteam van ervaren collega’s, waar overleg en samenwerking centraal staan, maar waar je ook voldoende autonomie krijgt om zelf beslissingen te nemen.

Sterke ventilatieprojecten vragen meer dan goede techniek. Ze vragen overzicht en iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen.

Je bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid draagt en het overzicht bewaart, ook wanneer meerdere projecten parallel lopen. Je denkt vooruit, stuurt bij waar nodig en zoekt oplossingen wanneer zich uitdagingen voordoen.
