Als projectleider ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, coördinatie en uitvoering van het volledige verkiezingsproces. Je bent de drijvende kracht achter het project, zorgt voor een integrale aanpak en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, risico's en resultaten. Je fungeert als sparringpartner en adviseur voor bestuur, directie en management en zorgt ervoor dat de verkiezingen conform de geldende wet- en regelgeving worden georganiseerd. Wat ga je doen? - Leiden van het gehele verkiezingsproject van voorbereiding tot evaluatie. - Opstellen, uitvoeren en bewaken van een projectplan en planning. - Zorgen voor naleving van de Kieswet en overige relevante wet- en regelgeving. - Adviseren van bestuur, directie en management over verkiezingsvraagstukken. - Coördineren van alle betrokken interne en externe partijen. - Organiseren van de logistieke, operationele en administratieve processen rondom de verkiezingen. - Signaleren en beheersen van risico's. - Aansturen van projectgroepen en werkgroepen. - Zorgdragen voor heldere interne en externe communicatie. - Voorbereiden van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en rapportages. Wie wij zoeken - Een ervaren projectleider die eindverantwoordelijkheid kan dragen voor het gehele verkiezingsproces. - Iemand die als sparringpartner en adviseur kan optreden richting bestuur, directie en management. - Een professional die de geldende wet- en regelgeving bewaakt en toepast. - Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring als projectleider verkiezingen binnen een gemeente - Aantoonbare kennis van de actuele Kieswet en verkiezingsprocessen - Beschikbaar voor minimaal 20 uur en maximaal 36 uur per week gedurende de - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als projectleider verkiezingen binnen - Aant...
