€ Geen max uurtarief Vakgebied Project- en Programmamanagement Als zelfstandig opererende Projectleider Verkiezingen ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie van de Provinciale Staten- en Waterschapsverkiezingen. Het doel is een rechtmatige, tijdige en efficiënte organisatie van beide verkiezingen, conform de geldende wet- en regelgeving. Gemiddeld 12 uur per week - Een integraal projectplan voor de organisatie van de Provinciale Staten- en Waterschapsverkiezingen. - Een volledige inrichting en implementatie van het Centraal Stemopnemingssysteem (CSO). - Een actueel draaiboek inclusief werkprocessen, rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en instructies ten behoeve van de verkiezingsorganisatie. - Een ingerichte en operationele verkiezingsorganisatie ten behoeve van de voorbereiding, stemopneming en uitslagverwerking. - Een risicoanalyse inclusief beheersmaatregelen gedurende de looptijd van het project. - Een correcte en tijdige uitvoering van de stemopneming en verwerking van de verkiezingsuitslagen conform de Kieswet. - Een evaluatie van het verkiezingsproces inclusief eventuele verbeteradviezen. - Opstellen, bewaken en actualiseren van het projectplan. - Coördineren van de voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie van de verkiezingen. - Inrichten, testen en implementeren van het Centraal Stemopnemingssysteem (CSO). - Opstellen van procesbeschrijvingen, werkinstructies en draaiboeken. - Adviseren over de inrichting van stem- en tellocaties. - Afstemmen met relevante interne en externe stakeholders. - Signaleren van risico's en adviseren over beheersmaatregelen. - Coördineren van de processen rondom stemopneming en uitslagverwerking. - Adviseren over de toepassing van wet- en regelgeving binnen het verkiezingsproces. - HBO werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring als projectleider binnen een gemeentelijke of publieke organisatie. - Ervaring met de organisatie van zowel Provinciale Statenverkiezingen als Waterschapsverk...
