Opdrachtomschrijving Als Technisch Projectleider maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair projectteam dat verantwoordelijk is voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van complexe technische verandertrajecten binnen de gemeentelijke informatievoorziening. Je bent integraal verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van een technisch validatie- en voorbereidingsproject, inclusief planning, coördinatie en afstemming van alle technische werkzaamheden. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen verschillende disciplines en zorgt dat bestuurlijke besluitvorming tijdig en op basis van juiste en volledige informatie kan plaatsvinden. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, ontwikkelaars, beheerteams, infrastructuurspecialisten, leveranciers, projectmanagers, ketenregisseurs en overige stakeholders en faciliteert effectieve samenwerking. In jouw regierol stuur je op voortgang, kwaliteit, risico's en afhankelijkheden en zorg je dat alle betrokken partijen bijdragen aan een samenhangend en bestuurlijk besluitvaardig eindresultaat. Vereist profiel - Ervaren Technisch Projectleider met ruime ervaring in complexe IT-projecten binnen een bestuurlijke of gemeentelijke omgeving. - Sterk in organiseren en plannen; ervaring met opstellen, beheren en bewaken van integrale projectplanningen. - Uitstekende stakeholdermanagement- en communicatieve vaardigheden; je kunt technische vraagstukken vertalen naar een beheersbare projectaanpak en bestuurlijke besluitvorming voorbereiden. - Aantoonbare ervaring met coördinatie en aansturing van technische werkzaamheden, technische workshops en afstemmomenten tussen diverse disciplines. - Proactief in signaleren en beheersen van risico's, afhankelijkheden en knelpunten; gewend te rapporteren over voortgang, kwaliteit, capaciteit en risico's aan opdrachtgever en stuurgroep. - Kennis van gemeentelijke ICT-processen, governance en ketenregie is een pré.
