Als Projectleider Vloeren & Plafonds ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van afwerkingsprojecten met verhoogde vloeren en metalen plafonds. Als bouwkundig projectcoördinator en werfleider afwerking bewaak je planning, budget, kwaliteit en communicatie van offertefase tot oplevering. Je taken:

  • Je maakt offertes op en volgt budgetten nauwgezet op.
  • Je bestelt materialen en organiseert transporten naar de verschillende werven.
  • Je beheert de algemene projectplanning en leveringsplanning.
  • Je controleert of werven klaar zijn voor opstart.
  • Je volgt meerdere projecten tegelijk op en bent aanwezig bij opstart en oplevering.
  • Je selecteert en coördineert onderaannemers per project.
  • Je bewaakt veiligheid, kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering.
  • Je lost praktische problemen efficiënt op met aandacht voor timing en budget.
  • Je volgt vorderingsstaten op en bereidt facturatie voor.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers in het Nederlands en Frans.

Voor deze functie als Projectleider Vloeren & Plafonds, bouwkundig projectcoördinator of werfleider afwerking beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Een opleiding binnen bouwkunde, architectuur, interieurarchitectuur of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Technisch inzicht in afwerkingsprojecten.
  • Reeds enkele jaren ervaring met werfopvolging, projectbeheer of bouwcoördinatie.
  • Zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en Frans om klanten en onderaannemers professioneel te woord te staan.
  • Ervaring met het opmaken en opvolgen van planningen, budgetten en projectdossiers.
  • Bereidheid om werven verspreid over België op te volgen.
  • Kennis van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften binnen een bouwomgeving.
  • Een gestructureerde aanpak met oog voor planning, kwaliteit en kostenbeheersing.
