Functieomschrijving Als projectleider houd je integraal toezicht op planning, samenhang, risicobeheersing en besluitvorming. Je zorgt voor zorgvuldige afstemming met bestuur, organisatie en omgeving en werkt samen met het projectteam om de voorbereiding en realisatie van de locatie te realiseren. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Regie en advies: regie voeren en adviseren over benodigde vergunningen (zoals natuur-, bouw- en kapvergunningen) en eventuele aanvullende procedures. - Samenhang bewaken: bewaken van inhoudelijke samenhang en consistentie tussen de verschillende sporen van het project. - Budgetbeheer: bewaken van het budget binnen de kaders van de businesscase. - Coördinatie deskundigen: coördineren van werkzaamheden van betrokken interne en externe deskundigen en bewaken van onderlinge samenhang, planning en voortgang (o.a. realisatie en onderbouwing natuurvergunning). - Juridsche procedures: leveren van input voor bezwaar- en mogelijke beroepsprocedures. - Rechtmatige voorbereiding: zorgen voor een rechtmatige voorbereiding van de uitvoering. - Planning afstemmen: afstemming tussen procedurele en uitvoeringsplanning. - Bestuurlijke besluitvorming: voorbereiden en coördineren van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en adviseren over besluitpunten. - Stakeholders: samenwerken en afstemmen met provincie, omgevingsdienst en collega's binnen de gemeentelijke organisatie. - Risico's en knelpunten: zelfstandig signaleren van afhankelijkheden, risico's en knelpunten en hierover adviseren.
