BlueTrail Projectleider volkshuisvestingsprogramma Utrecht 36u p/w Ca 14 maanden HBO Functieomschrijving Als projectleider volkshuisvestingsprogramma ga je aan de slag met een inhoudelijk en strategisch belangrijke opdracht waarin volkshuisvesting, procesbegeleiding en de integratie van ruimtelijk en sociaal beleid samenkomen. In deze rol stel je een volkshuisvestingsprogramma op dat verder richting geeft aan het gemeentelijk woonbeleid. Je werkt aan een breed gedragen programma dat aansluit bij bestaand Rijks- en gemeentelijk beleid, regionale afspraken en actuele ontwikkelingen. Daarbij beweeg je je tussen inhoud, organisatie, stakeholders en bestuur. Je levert een zichtbaar resultaat op dat uiterlijk voor de zomer van 2027 gereed is voor bestuurlijke vaststelling. Verantwoordelijkheden Je bent volgens de aanvraag onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het uitwerken van onderdelen van het programma en het zorgen voor een samenhangend en leesbaar document voor bestuurders en partners, inclusief een DSO-versie. - Het organiseren en begeleiden van het interne proces en het vormgeven van een participatietraject met externe stakeholders. - Het zorgen voor een transparant proces, inclusief planning en voortgangsbewaking. - Het leggen van verbindingen met relevante beleidskaders en trajecten, waaronder de omgevingsvisie, de woonzorgvisie met addendum, het vereveningsfonds, regionale afspraken uit de woondeal en lopende woningbouwprojecten. - Het optreden als sparringpartner bij het opstellen van het volkshuisvestingsprogramma, waarbij inhoudelijke keuzes, zowel ambtelijk als bestuurlijk, tot stand komen.
