Als projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van diverse bouwprojecten van begin tot eind. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de gestelde tijd, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden opgeleverd. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende disciplines binnen de organisatie, waaronder werkvoorbereiders, uitvoerders en calculators, om projecten succesvol te realiseren. Je taken omvatten onder andere: - Het opzetten, plannen en coördineren van bouwprojecten op het gebied van woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw; - Het aansturen van het projectteam en externe partners zoals onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Het bewaken van de projectplanning, het budget en de kwaliteit; - Het organiseren en leiden van bouwvergaderingen met alle betrokken partijen; - Het identificeren en managen van projectrisico's en het proactief zoeken naar oplossingen; - Het rapporteren over de voortgang van projecten aan het management; - Het onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders.

Na enkele jaren succesvol functioneren als projectleider, zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. Je kunt je bijvoorbeeld ontwikkelen tot senior projectleider met grotere en complexere projecten in je portefeuille, of doorgroeien naar een managementfunctie waarin je meerdere projectteams aanstuurt.
