Functieomschrijving Voor ons groeiende installatiebedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider W die verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor uitdagende werktuigbouwkundige projecten. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, monteurs en de interne organisatie. Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je bent iemand die overzicht houdt, snel kan schakelen, beslissingen durft te nemen en energie krijgt van het realiseren van succesvolle projecten. Samen met jouw collega's werk je aan duurzame en innovatieve installaties waar kwaliteit altijd voorop staat. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectleider W ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie en uitvoering van werktuigbouwkundige projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en binnen de afgesproken planning en het budget worden gerealiseerd. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren en begeleiden van werktuigbouwkundige projecten van aanvraag tot oplevering; - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen; - Aansturen van monteurs, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Bewaken van de projectvoortgang, kwaliteit, planning en budgetten; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen; - Signaleren van meer en minderwerk en verwerken hiervan; - Voorbereiden en bijwonen van bouw en werkvergaderingen; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte projectadministratie; - Signaleren van kansen voor procesverbeteringen en optimalisaties.

Je vervult deze functie zelfstandig, maar werkt intensief samen met collega's binnen de organisatie om ieder project succesvol af te ronden.
