Sinds 1976 actief in baggerwerken en waterbouw, heeft dit bedrijf zijn activiteiten geleidelijk uitgebreid met algemene grondwerken, wegenwerken en (water)bodemsaneringswerken.

De organisatie is voornamelijk actief in België, Nederland en Frankrijk, maar verkent ook nieuwe markten elders in Europa dankzij een groeiend en modern machinepark. Het beschikt over een erkenning in klasse 7 binnen de categorieën A (baggerwerken), B (waterbouw), C (wegenbouw) en G (grondwerken).

Met een team van zo'n 50 gemotiveerde en gekwalificeerde medewerkers en een uitgebreid machinepark vormt het bedrijf een betrouwbare partner in de sector. Daarnaast heeft het een meerderheidsparticipatie in Deco Subsea, een onderneming gespecialiseerd in hoogtechnologische onderwaterwerken, zowel offshore als inshore.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je staat in voor het correct en tijdig realiseren van de toegewezen projecten
  • Hierbij ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, planning en coördinatie van een project op gebied van techniek, administratie en budget
  • Je voert onderhandelingen met leveranciers en onderaannemers en onderhoudt relaties met de opdrachtgever en andere betrokken partijen
  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse controle en opvolging van de uitvoering van de werken
  • Je evalueert en rapporteert inzake vooruitgang van de projecten en communiceert op regelmatige basis
  • Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu op de werf
  • Je beschikt over een Master diploma Ingenieur Bouwkunde en hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren. Daarnaast toon je je communicatief vaardig en getuig je van een klantgerichte attitude. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid op om kwalitatieve resultaten neer te zetten
  • Je hebt gedegen peoplemanagement ervaring en bezit de skills om mensen aan te sturen, te motiveren en de samenwerking te bevorderen
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Frans en Engels
  • Courante software kan je vlot gebruiken en je staat open voor het gebruik van nieuwe digitale
