  • In de rol van Projectleider Funderingen neem jij vlot het voortouw bij de algemene organisatie en opvolging van diverse projecten.
  • Je organiseert en leidt de funderingswerken van A tot Z, waardoor elke bouwfase op de juiste manier en binnen de vooraf afgesproken termijn wordt opgeleverd.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieubewustzijn staan altijd voorop, en jij ziet erop toe dat alle interne procedures en wettelijke normen consequent gerespecteerd worden op de werf.
  • Het coördineren van het team ter plaatse is een cruciaal onderdeel; je stuurt de werfleiders aan en bouwt een feilloze, transparante communicatie op met de projectleiding.
  • Administratieve zaken en wekelijkse werfverslagen werk je efficiënt af, zodat het volledige technische én financiële plaatje netjes gedocumenteerd blijft.
  • Samen met de eigen materiaaldienst bewaak je nauwlettend de conditie van het machinepark, wat onnodige stilstand voorkomt en het rendement van jouw projecten flink verhoogt.

Profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de bouwkunde, of je hebt de werking van grote werven door de jaren heen simpelweg in de vingers gekregen door sterk door te groeien.
  • Een flinke dosis nuchterheid en stressbestendigheid typeert jou; wanneer de druk even stijgt, blijf jij rustig het overzicht bewaren en reik je snel gerichte acties aan.
  • Teamwork zit van nature in je DNA en je omgeving omschrijft jou als een vlotte communicator (in het Nederlands, aangevuld met een basiskennis Frans en Engels) die medewerkers vlot meekrijgt.
  • 5 jaar ervaring met, of minstens een enorme interesse in, speciale funderingstechnieken geeft jou direct een mooie voorsprong om de technische snufjes van deze werken razendsnel op te pikken.
