Jobomschrijving

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

  • Je analyseert bestekken en plannen en vertaalt die naar een haalbare aanpak op de werf.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen, machines en materiaal op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats staan.
  • Je ondersteunt ploegbazen en teams in hun dagelijkse werking en bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt.
  • Je volgt de werf actief op en houdt alles mee onder controle, van start tot oplevering.
  • Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en zorgt dat afspraken ook effectief opgevolgd worden.
  • Je houdt vorderingsstaten, meerwerken en verrekeningen correct bij.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en draagt uiteindelijk de eindverantwoordelijkheid over jouw projecten.

Ben jij industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde, landmeter of heb je al heel wat relevante ervaring opgebouwd? Dan ligt hier een mooie kans voor jou klaar. Ervaring in de wegenbouw is zeker een troef, maar ook gemotiveerde starters worden hier met open armen ontvangen. Bij ons geniet je van directe en transparante communicatie binnen een hechte en familiale werkomgeving.

  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en kan je ook vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld, werkt zelfstandig en communiceert sterk, waardoor je makkelijk het aanspreekpunt bent op zowel werf als kantoor.
  • Je voelt je goed in een KMO-structuur waar alles kort op de bal gebeurt en de lijnen bewust kort gehouden worden.
