Voor onze klant te Sint-Lambrechts-Herk gespecialiseerd in funderingstechnieken zijn wij op zoek naar een werfleider.

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en opvolging van de werven
  • Je staat in voor de veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werf
  • Je geeft leiding aan de eigen arbeiders en stuurt onderaannemers aan
  • Je maakt de planning op voor eigen arbeiders en onderaannemers, en waakt over de inzet van machines en toelevering van materieel
  • Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen
  • Je bestelt materialen
  • Je rapporteert aan de zaakvoerder en projectingenieur
  • De ploegbazen technisch bijstaan
  • Noden aan mobiliteit en vorming bepalen
  • De werf, de planning, de bouwwijze en de voorschriften aan de betrokkenen voorstellen
  • De activiteiten van het personeel plannen en de werkposten verdelen
  • De inplanting en beveiliging van de werf en opslagzones bepalen
  • Vanuit de uitvoeringsplannen de technische, materiële en financiële middelen bepalen
  • De werkmethodes optimaliseren
  • Funderingen, een geul, een sluisbedding controleren
  • De opvolgingsdocumenten van werfactiviteiten invullen
  • De gegevens analyseren
  • Informeren en communiceren over de voortgang en moeilijkheden op een werf
  • De voortgang en conformiteit van de realisaties opvolgen en controleren volgens het uitvoeringsplan
  • Als werfleider ben je in het bezit van een Bachelordiploma in een bouwkundige richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Sterk praktisch en technisch inzicht
  • In het bezit van een VOL-VCA of bereid dit te halen
