Als projectleider / werfvoorbereider regio Poperinge combineer je de technische voorbereiding met de opvolging van industriële dak- en wandprojecten. De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit als projectleider/ werfvoorbereider in industriële projecten regio Poperinge?

  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van industriële dak- en wandrenovaties van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen van werfplanningen en bepalen van de nodige materialen.
  • Uitwerken van technische dossiers en werftekeningen in AutoCAD.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van werfleiders en uitvoerende ploegen.
  • Controleren van bestellingen, orderbevestigingen en facturen.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van risicoanalyses, veiligheidsplannen en werkplannen.
  • Signaleren en oplossen van technische en organisatorische knelpunten.

Ze realiseren uiteenlopende renovatieprojecten waarbij technische expertise, kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan. Binnen het bedrijf heerst een jonge en hechte teamsfeer, met veel aandacht voor samenwerking en vakmanschap. Dankzij de korte communicatielijnen krijg je de vrijheid om zelfstandig projecten op te volgen en actief mee te denken over de dagelijkse werking. Ben jij de projectleider / werfvoorbereider die technisch inzicht combineert met organisatietalent?

  • Een technische opleiding of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Sterk inzicht in bouwkundige en industriële constructies.
  • Goede kennis van AutoCAD en het lezen van technische plannen.
  • Ervaring in dakwerken, industriebouw of werfopvolging is een pluspunt.
  • Vlotte communicatie met klanten, collega's en externe partners.
  • Interesse in preventie en veiligheid, bij voorkeur preventieadviseur niveau 3.
