Projectleider Werktuigbouwkunde Amersfoort - Amersfoort - € 4.500,00 - 6.000,00 Over de functie Als Projectleider bij ben je verantwoordelijk voor de gehele cyclus van gebouw gebonden technische projecten in de utiliteitssector, waaronder ziekenhuizen, zorginstellingen, utiliteitsgebouwen, bedrijfshallen en scholen. Je beheert de technische voorbereidingsfase en de financiën, bewaakt de projectplanning en meer- en minderwerken, beoordeelt projectplannen op kwaliteit en milieu, en geeft leiding aan projectteams. In deze rol geef je functioneel leiding aan diverse projectteams, bestaande uit engineering, werkvoorbereiding en montage, en zorg je voor de realisatie van projecten variërend van € 500.000 tot ongeveer € 6 miljoen. Daarnaast beoordeel en bewaak je periodiek de kwaliteit en handel je proactief bij eventuele afwijkingen. Je onderhoudt contact met alle betrokken partijen en coördineert zowel interne als externe werkzaamheden.
