Ben jij de vakman die complexe projecten naar een hoger plan tilt en daarbij het verschil maakt in samenwerking?

Als projectleider werktuigbouwkunde ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor alle werktuigbouwkundige installaties binnen jouw projecten. Je stuurt het proces aan van ontwerp tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat techniek, planning en budget op elkaar aansluiten. Daarbij ben je voortdurend in gesprek: met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, onderaannemers en je eigen collega's. Je vertaalt wensen en eisen naar haalbare oplossingen en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Je bent geen controleur, maar een verbinder die ervoor zorgt dat het project soepel loopt en dat problemen opgelost worden voordat ze escaleren. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten in de utiliteitsbouw, waarbij duurzaamheid en innovatie vaak een grote rol spelen. Denk aan klimaatinstallaties, ventilatie en sanitaire systemen in gebouwen waar comfort en energie-efficiëntie hand in hand moeten gaan. Je krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over de beste aanpak en je vakkennis in te zetten waar dat nodig is. Tegelijkertijd ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voortgang en zorg je dat afspraken nagekomen worden. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Aansturen en coördineren van werktuigbouwkundige installaties binnen utilitaire projecten; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, onderaannemers en interne disciplines; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele project; - Vertalen van technische eisen naar haalbare en efficiënte oplossingen; - Signaleren van risico's en proactief schakelen om problemen te voorkomen; - Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie en heldere afspraken met alle betrokkenen; - Bijdragen aan de verdere professionalisering van projectprocessen.
